Hi, I am Emma,

I am a Gestalt therapist and mindset coach, and I created RESET for women who have achieved so much, yet no longer want to live disconnected from themselves.

With over a decade of experience supporting women through deep inner work, I bring together the emotional depth of Gestalt therapy, the clarity of mindset coaching, and an intuitive understanding of what real healing asks of us. My work helps women heal unresolved wounds, shift limiting beliefs, strengthen self-worth, and build healthier boundaries—so the changes they create are not only meaningful, but lasting.

RESET is the result of years of professional experience, personal devotion, and my desire to offer women a more powerful path back to themselves. I designed it for those who are ready for more than temporary insight or quick fixes. Inside the program, I guide clients through a carefully held process that helps them understand the patterns shaping their lives, process what remains unresolved, and create a more grounded, peaceful, and aligned way of living.

Alongside my therapeutic work, I also bring more than 25 years of experience in teaching, guidance, and human development. This allows me to offer a level of depth, structure, and refinement that is both deeply supportive and lasting.

Transform the beliefs that have been shaping your reality

The way you see yourself  and the story you tell yourself influences every decision you make.

In this module, you’ll begin identifying and transforming the self-limiting beliefs that may have quietly shaped your life.
